Restomod

This restomod reimagines an original WWII Jeep Willys MB as a modern, road-ready vehicle while preserving the character and proportions that make the icon instantly recognizable. The scope covers a full interior and exterior redesign alongside mechanical and chassis renewal—integrating contemporary active and passive safety expectations without losing the simplicity of the original design language.

We approached the project as a careful balance of heritage and performance. Key upgrades include refined ergonomics, updated controls, and a modern infotainment solution with a performance-oriented “race mode” interface. Material choices elevate the cabin while staying authentic: leather-wrapped bucket seats, brushed aluminum details, and purposeful hardware that feels engineered rather than decorative. Exterior touches—such as wheels inspired by the 1960s Alfa Romeo GT—add a subtle, enthusiast-driven layer without overpowering the base vehicle.

The result is a cohesive concept that respects history while delivering a contemporary driving experience—designed to look timeless, feel robust, and communicate craftsmanship in every detail.
